Go to your project - right above the coverart, you will see a big blue 'Upload Track' button. :)

Thanks, all done, and project is ready, is there anywhere I can submit it for collaboration?

It automatically goes into the 'Active Projects' area - https://www.procollabs.com/projects/active
It also goes into the 'Talent Needed' column in the Lounge - https://www.procollabs.com/community/whazzup
Also, a little tip - when starting a project, make sure to upload the track before selecting the 'Talents Needed' - that way an email goes out to every member who matches that talent. Since you chose those talents first, an email did not go out.
So go to your project, under the coverart you will see the 'Talent Needed' section. Click on the minus signs next to each talent, once they are gone, press 'Edit' and choose the talents again, then save it. That will send the email to the members. :)
After you do that - you can verify that the email went out by going to the Recent Activity Stream.

Hey Fred. I would add that you can also check out the "Community/Find Artists" section where you can search for the talents you need. If you find someone that is a good match for your project, then you can go to their profile page and "Invite" them to your project.

I had a browse around finding artists, but only 1 has the talent one of my projects needed, and she would only perform for a 'Paid Work-for-hire' and as I'm yet again hoping to get my music out there, I currently don't have anything to financially profit any artists, and the last time she was active was in Oct 2016

Perhaps send her a pm and see if she is interested in working on your project as a joint work. No harm in asking.
