Description: We all have times in our lives where we are confronted with events that have a huge impact on us.

Project brief: A few years ago my Father was diagnosed with Parkinson's and I've watched the man I'm proud to call my Dad slowly, and this year rapidly, deteriorate. To add to this cruel condition he has also developed advanced Dementia and is now bedridden in a Care Home. He spends most of his time living in world that only he sees. Sometimes he is sailing on a boat, other times he is driving a train - I really think in these moments he is happy. I sometimes think it's a blessing he doesn't actually know what is happening. I asked Dani if she would join me on this track and do the vocals - they are truly outstanding and tell the story beautifully - thank you Dani, I am forever in your debt. Writing this song has been quite cathartic for me. An invite for the Strings and Mixing has been sent and accepted - thank you for listening :-)
