Musician, Home Studio, Composer, Indy Music Fan. I gravitate to songs with mysterious and spooky sounds, and sometimes dark themes. Some song content is about far away lands or a tumultuous world. My weakness is writing lyrics, especially singing. Lately, playing the Moog synth is the most fun with all knobs but love the arpeggiator slaving off the clock of the Cubase DAW.
Home studio setup is a Cubase DAW that runs on a Macbook Pro connected to a Presonus Firepod (8-port XLR/TS) and out to 2 ElectroVoice 12" powered speakers. Plugged into the Firepod is a Sterling condenser mic is used for vocals and the 12-string. Instruments played are Moog Subsequent37, 12-String Alvarez, Gibson Les Paul, and a Steinway & Sons baby grand. IPad Cubasis is used to record the piano that's upstairs with the condenser mic, then mixed into the desktop Cubase project.
