Some more free plugins from Ignite Amps. Their PTEq-X EQ is based off the Pultec EQP-1A and it's the best sounding I've ever heard. One minor thingie though: these plugins seem to crash Reaper quite often, so I you're using Reaper as a DAW, this might not be the best option.

Another great resource: Stillwell plugins. These aren't completely free but very affordable (and you can actually use them forever without paying, if that's your style): http://www.stillwellaudio.com/

I absolutely love their 1973 EQ (a Neve clone) and Vibe-EQ. The Rocket compressor is also awesome and Bombardier rocks for mastering purposes, although this latter plugin again gives some problems with Reaper.

And I just tried Izotope's Neutrino and I liked it. It's quite subtle but does a nice job anyhow.

I do this every once in a while so new people or for others who missed the earlier posts.
