Having looked at the project again, the message is "will be shared when approved". Do all lines have to be approved before this clears?

Yes, you need to get of all approvals done before that message clears - and that message will show for every collaborator until you get all of the approvals :-)

I have a non member collaborator. He has recived an email with a link to approve the project. He has followed this, clicled on "Approve" and got the message "Approval saved", but when I go into the project, it is still "unapproved". He has tried this a couple of times and we still get the same result.
Is there something else that need to be done.
