Got a question here on an audition I had submitted.
There was a song called, "Hold On". Not the one by morgan102, another one by someone from Canada, if I recall. I had an audition submitted that included lyrics and composition work for melody on the bridge and outro. The project just disappeared and I can't find a trace of it or the original manager account.
I get that they probably deleted account or closed the project but w/o a record of it somewhere tying my audition to my account, feels like I lose record of what is my property/copyrighted material. Any way to track that audition material via this site? Of course, I have the original work on my computer but a record out here on a public site is better, in my opinion.

Hey Justin.
That's a good point. Just trying to recall how things work...
When a member goes through the process of deleting their account completely, they are required to remove any projects manually. That would mean deleting your tracks from their project before they can leave outright. If that were the case, you should receive a notification that your track was deleted from the project.
More likely, since you say it appears to have vanished without a trace, it is possible that the account was automatically downgraded to 'listener' due to not renewing the annual membership (this applies to free members as well as paid). In this case, as I recall, any project would have been deleted. And no, I guess there would be no record of that on your profile.
If you want, you can email me privately the member name and details, I'll look into it a bit more and confirm what happened. If they were downgraded, you should still be able to find their profile.
But yeah, I think you've raised an important point that we will have to give more thought to. Thanks for mentioning it.

Just a quick update for those who may come across this in the distant future - a notification has been added for the case where a project manager deletes a project. Meaning, if you have auditions or files in a project and the project gets deleted at some point, you should get an automatic notification about this.
And on that note, it might be worth reminding project managers that.. with great power.. comes great responsibility :) Please, always communicate with collaborators directly and be upfront if you intend to delete auditions/files, or delete a project which has contributions from other members on it.
