How do you know, before submitting a track, whether auditions are open or closed for any given project?

When you go to upload your audition track, you can see it is mentioned under the 'Audition' section.

Do you think this is enough or should the information be more prominently displayed on the project page itself?

Thanks for the feedback!

I think it would be helpful if it was on the project page so a potential collaborator would know in advance. Thanks!

There is now a mention in the main Project Info section on a project page to indicate that auditions are either public (visible to the community) or private (only seen by the project collaborators).

Any chance that uploads can all be time stamped so it will be easy to see which are the latest revision??
Thanks in advance for your consideration.

Tracks are timestamped, but you have to go to each individual track to see it. So I think this a great suggestion. I'll discuss it with Lee and we'll get back to ya! :)

Ok, next to the version number on the main project page, you can now see the upload date. -- Hoping that's what you meant, and not something for "auditions" specifically?

That's perfect. Thanks so much for your help.
That was truly helpful. That takes much confusion out of the work flow.
Cheers
